Product Replacements

  • Replacement of items lost in delivery or undelivered will be at the discretion of NootropicsDepot.com. If you would like to request a product replacement, please contact our customer support team by clicking or tapping "Contact Us" at the top of our contact form or "Contact" from our support portal.

Lost Packages

  • If you believe that your package has been lost in the mail, please contact our customer support team by clicking or tapping "Contact Us" at the top of this form and select "Lost Shipment" from the Request Type drop-down menu. Reports of a lost package must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for all domestic orders and within 90 days of purchase for all international orders.
Missing or Damaged Product(s)
  • If your order is missing a product, please contact our customer support team by clicking or tapping "Contact Us" at the top of this form and select "Missing/Damaged Product" from the Request Type drop-down menu. Reports of missing or damaged product(s) must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for all domestic orders and within 90 days of purchase for all international orders. Upon submitting a report for a  missing or damaged product, please upload/attach an image of the packing slip received with the order if missing a product. If the product has been damaged in transit, please upload/attach an image of the damaged product.
