📦 Product Returns Policy

Nootropics Depot accepts returns of unopened product within 30 days of its delivery date. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened and/or used product.

Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Click or tap "Contact Us" at the top of this form to request a return authorization.
2. Shipping: A return shipping label will not be provided by Nootropics Depot. The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Refund Processing: Upon receipt of a return at our warehouse, a refund to the original form of payment or store credit for only the cost of the products returned will be issued. If a customer prefers, store credit can be applied to their customer account instead of a refund to the payment method.

Important Details

1. Condition Requirements: Products must be completely unopened with all original seals intact.
2. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date.
3. Non-Refundable Items: Additional shipping fees, such as expedited shipping services, are non-refundable.
4. Late Returns: All return requests submitted after 30 days of delivery date will be at the discretion of Nootropics Depot.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, your rights are governed by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673, which provide the following:

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the delivery date of their order, without giving any reason.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal before or during transit — if your order is still in transit, submit the form and the goods will be delivered; you must then return them unopened.

Refund Scope

For valid EU withdrawals, Nootropics Depot will refund:

• The full cost of the products
• The standard (cheapest) outbound shipping fee paid at the time of purchase

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A return shipping label will not be provided by Nootropics Depot.

Hygiene Exception

Please note: Opened or unsealed supplement products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once a supplement product is opened or unsealed, it cannot be returned under the EU withdrawal right.

Non-Refundable Items

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable even for EU withdrawals.
