US Customers

Order changes or cancellations cannot be made once your order status has been marked as shipped. This order status may update in as little as 30 minutes after an order is placed. To request a cancellation or modification before shipment, click or tap "Contact Us" at the top of our contact form or "Contact" from our support portal.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers retain their statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, regardless of order status. If your order has already shipped, you still have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery — the order will be delivered and you may return it unopened.
