πŸ„ Comparing Red Reishi 8:1 Vs. Red Reishi 1:1

The main difference between the two is that Red Reishi 1:1 is a full spectrum water-based extract that has a high concentration of beneficial Beta-Glucans whereas the Red Reishi 8:1 extract is a Triterpenoid heavy ethanol extract made by combining a very concentrated 16:1 Red Reishi extract with the Red Reishi 1:1 until it is diluted to an 8:1 specification. The combination of the two extracts maintains many of the beneficial Beta-Glucans present in the 1:1 while also significantly boosting the Triterpenoid levels.

The main differences in effects are that the Triterpenoids have more prominent immune-modulating and brain health-promoting effects. Subjectively, the 8:1 also seems to be a little bit calming which the 1:1 does not seem to be. If you are just after general inflammation-regulating effects and immune boosting effects then we would suggest opting for the Red Reishi 1:1 but if you are after a bit more of a noticeable effect in terms of cognitive function then the Red Reishi 8:1 would be the best option.*
