Observed Holiday Schedule
Please note that customer support messages are not read or responded to on the following observed holidays. All messages submitted on an observed holiday will be responded to the following business day.*

- Veterans Day

- Christmas Day
*A floating holiday may occur if one or more of the above observed holidays happens to fall on a previously-scheduled business day closure (such as a Sunday). Floating holidays are typically scheduled, but not guaranteed to be, the following business day. In such an instance, customer support messages will be responded to on the proceeding business day after the floating holiday has occurred. For example, if Christmas (December 25th) falls on a Sunday, a floating holiday may be observed the following business day (December 26th). In this situation, all customer support messages received on December 25th and December 26th would not be read or responded to until December 27th during our normal hours of business operation.
