📦 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, your rights are governed by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and EU Directive 2023/2673, which provide the following:
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the delivery date of their order, without giving any reason.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal before or during transit — if your order is still in transit, submit the form and the goods will be delivered; you must then return them unopened.
Refund Scope
For valid EU withdrawals, Nootropics Depot will refund:
- The full cost of the products
- The standard (cheapest) outbound shipping fee paid at the time of purchase
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A return shipping label will not be provided by Nootropics Depot.
Condition Requirements
Products must be returned unopened and with all original seals intact.
Hygiene Exception
Please note: Opened or unsealed supplement products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU for health protection and hygiene reasons. Once a supplement product is opened or unsealed, it cannot be returned under the EU withdrawal right.
Non-Refundable Items
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable even for EU withdrawals.
