ND Insider Rewards Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE ND INSIDER REWARDS PROGRAM.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE ND INSIDER REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. NOOTROPICS DEPOT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE THE PROGRAM OR THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

1. Overview

ND Insider Rewards (“the Program”) is Nootropics Depot’s customer loyalty program, designed to reward customers for their purchases and engagement. By enrolling and participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which may be updated at any time.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals with a registered account at NootropicsDepot.com.
Enrollment is automatic upon account creation; no additional sign-up is required.
The Program is void where prohibited by law.

3. Earning ND Points

You will earn a variable amount of ND Points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, based on your current VIP tier.
ND Points are awarded after your payment is processed and your order is fulfilled.
ND Points are not earned on taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, or any products or services excluded from the program.
You may also earn ND Points by participating in special promotions, referrals, or other incentivized engagement activities.
ND Points are non-transferable and have no cash value except as described in these Terms and Conditions.

4. Redeeming ND Points

100 ND Points = $1 cash back, redeemable as a discount at checkout.
ND Points may be redeemed in increments as allowed by the checkout process.
ND Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined between accounts.

5. VIP Tiers

The Program features five VIP tiers:
- Tier 1: Beginner Biohacker
  - Earn 6 ND Points per $1 spent.
- Tier 2: Cobalt Member
  - Earn 7 ND Points per $1 spent after spending $150 (rolling 12 months)
- Tier 3: Silver Enthusiast
  - Earn 8 ND Points per $1 spent after spending $250 (rolling 12 months)
- Tier 4: Gold Insider
  - Earn 9 ND Points per $1 spent after spending $500 (rolling 12 months)
- Tier 5: Platinum Elite
  - Earn 10 ND Points per $1 spent after spending $1,000 (rolling 12 months)
  - Special gift upon tier entrance.
VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and subject to change at Nootropics Depot’s discretion.

Maintaining VIP Tier Status:

Your VIP tier is determined by your qualifying spend over the previous 12 months, calculated on a rolling basis from the date of your most recent purchase. This means your tier status is evaluated continuously and may change at any time based on your ongoing purchase activity, rather than resetting at the start of each calendar year

6. Points Redemption

ND Points may be redeemed for cash discount coupons, starting at $5 and increasing in $5 increments up to $50 per coupon (e.g., $5, $10, $15, ..., $50).
Each cash coupon can be applied toward up to 50% of the total order value. For example, a $50 coupon requires a minimum order value of $100.
Coupons valued at $50 or more are limited to one redemption per account per calendar month.
Coupons must be redeemed in the increments specified and cannot be combined.
ND Points and cash coupons may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined between accounts.
All other redemption terms, including expiration dates and eligibility, apply as described in these Terms and Conditions.

7. Point Expiration

ND Points expire ninety (90) days after being applied to your account.
The 90-day expiration period resets each time you earn new ND Points.
Once redeemed for a cash back reward, the reward expires after 7 days if not used.

8. Referral Program

Share your unique referral link with friends and family.
When your referral makes their first purchase, your friend will receive a $10 off coupon, and you will receive 100 ND Point ($10 equivalent).
Coupons are valid for one-time use and cannot be combined with other offers.
Abuse of the referral program may result in disqualification from the Program.

9. Publisher & Content Creator Exclusion

Publishers, influencers, and content creators interested in promoting Nootropics Depot should apply to our Affiliate Program.
The ND Insider Rewards Program is not intended for commercial promotion or affiliate marketing.

10. Maximum Rewards

There is no cap on the number of ND Points you can earn.
Nootropics Depot reserves the right to review and adjust point accrual in cases of suspected abuse or error.

11. Program Changes & Termination

Nootropics Depot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. General Terms

ND Points and rewards are promotional and do not constitute property.
Nootropics Depot is not responsible for lost or stolen points or rewards.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program may result in account suspension or termination.
Nootropics Depot reserves the right to refuse participation in the ND Insider Rewards Program to any individual, at its sole discretion and for any reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nootropics Depot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program.
Nootropics Depot’s liability is limited to the value of rewards earned in accordance with these Terms.
